The Leadership Mirror is a free reflective assessment tool from QuoLux™ that helps leaders develop insight across three perspectives - Self, Organisation and Society - using 24 statements to reveal alignment and areas of focus.

There are 8 statements to answer for each perspective to obtain a rounded and multidimensional view of yourself.
