Our on-going mission is to support business leaders to be the best that they can be. Having invested in LEAD™, at their graduation we recommend to the Alumni to be watchful that they do not let their learning tail off. The value in keeping their leadership learning fresh is priceless.
Adults learn by reflecting on experiences and applying that learning. Our Alumni have a toolbox from LEAD™ of models, techniques and approaches that can help them develop themselves, their teams and their organisations on an on-going basis. These ‘tools’ require continual sharpening to remain as effective as they can be. Sometimes a timely reminder of what is in the toolbox is all that is required.
Q+ is a membership program for graduates of our leadership programs (LEAD™, GOLD™, GAIN™ and LEADlight). Designed for the Alumni, Q+ provides the space for graduates to keep their leadership learning fresh and meet with peers from different cohorts, extending their professional networks.
Once again, they can do that in the company of people who have been through our programs and whose thoughts and experiences they value.
A diagnostic framework allows the Alumni to benchmark their year-on-year progress.
Peers meet at tertiary gatherings in each other’s companies to take time out from their busy day to stop, reflect and ‘work on’ the real-life opportunities and challenges that they face. They provide feedback to the host company on what they observe during the visit. This generates many ideas and insights which the host can consider to improve their business. Each member of the group receives coaching from the other members in an action learning format. This supports the member being coached to solve their issues while at the same time helping the other members to resolve their own challenges.
An important part of our programs is providing you with knowledge of leadership. In quarterly online webinars, Stewart, Jo or Rachael will explore key leadership topics in a workshop format (including break out rooms) which will allow you to refresh your learning.
There will also be four 'Ask Stewart' sessions where we invite our Q+ members to join us online to discuss leadership, strategy and business growth challenges, issues or opportunities.
Members of Q+ who are LEAD™, GOLD™ or GAIN™ Alumni are invited to join us as our guests at LEAD™ masterclasses with spaces available on a first come, first served basis.
Each month we will be sharing online resources such as articles, e-books, videos and audio recordings on leadership topics. Our Q+ members will be able to exclusively access
these resources via the password protected area of our QuoLux™ Leadership Centre. These resources will include our weekly 'Leading with Insight' articles and our 'Leaders with a Story to Tell' podcast interviews which we will be launching in 2023. These resources will allow you to refresh your learning from our programs as well as access the most up-to-date information on relevant topics.
For our LEADlight alumni we will be hosting tertiary meetings to be held either at our QuoLux™ HQ or at an Alumni's business. Two of the sessions will be a peer-to-peer meeting involving a tour of the facilities (if applicable) and then an Action Learning Set format where issues/challenges can be discussed and the third will be a workshop
format to explore a relevant topic in more detail. They will also have their own private area on the QuoLMC where they can access online resources.
