PULSE is a short, anonymous employee feedback survey from QuoLux™ that acts as a regular temperature check on organisational health - available monthly or quarterly, and complementary to the annual YourView survey.
The PULSE is a 100% anonymous DigiTools that takes just a few minutes for employees to complete. Designed to be smooth to administer and easy to act on, it can be run monthly or quarterly and branded with your company logo and colours.

PULSE benchmarks progress period-on-period, helping you plot trends, link improvements back to actions and maintain a continuous feedback loop between leadership and your people.

The aim of PULSE is to help you to get better at what you do. There are 20 PULSE points designed to measure what matters including the key metric of employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).
You have four PULSE survey options:

2. PULSE Heart - 5 core questions at the heart of organisational performance with the freedom to select additional questions most relevant to your context.

4. PULSE X - different to employee feedback, PULSE X is a fast, powerful way to understand what your customers really think, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) to measure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
All statements use the Likert Scale: strongly disagree, disagree, neither agree or disagree, agree, strongly agree.
All PULSE surveys provide the option to have results split by team / department / function / site.
