Gloucester Rugby Foundation is the official charity of Gloucester Rugby, dedicated to engaging, educating, and inspiring the local community through sport. It delivers innovative programmes for people of all ages, focusing on health, education, and social inclusion in Gloucestershire and surrounding counties. The Foundation supports children, young people, people with disabilities, and the elderly by providing sport-based activities, mentoring, grants, facilities, advice, and advocacy to bring about positive social impact and new opportunities for all. Simon Weaver is the Head of Operations and is the first from the organisation to come on LEAD™.
